Laurence Kwan is known as a subject matter expert in the areas of electricity and integration to the Electricity Market in Singapore and was one of the pioneers in implementing the Demand Response solution in Singapore with the Energy Market Authority in 2007/2008. He was from EDPR-Sunseap where he was Director of Stakeholder & Corporate Affairs. Prior to that, he was Director of Energy at Sunseap for more than 5 years. Throughout his career, he has led project management and development of solar and other large infrastructure projects throughout Asia Pacific and beyond.

Wilson Tsen is a specialist in project management and has been actively involved in the entire development lifecycle of renewable energy projects. He has more than 10 years of experience in the renewable energy, energy storage and energy optimization space in APAC. He has also been involved in 4.2GWp ground mounted solar PV projects, 5MWp of offshore solar PV projects, 430MWp of rooftop solar PV projects and 12GWh of energy storage facilities in APAC.

Michael Dwyer has more than 25 years of experience in the REIT industry and is highly regarded by the Securities Industry Regulators and the Financial Services Associations in Australia and Singapore. He was most recently the Executive Chairman of the main sponsor of Cambridge Industrial REIT in Singapore which was subsequently acquired by ESR. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Allco REIT in Singapore and the Co-Managing Director of a leading Mortgage REIT in Australia. Michael is an experienced solicitor, with over 20 years of practice in commercial, property and banking law prior to his involvement in REITs.
